We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and taste.

What You’ll Do


Quality Assurance & Quality Control

  • Monitor and maintain product quality standards for breads, pastries, and cakes.
  • Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct store and production audits to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Maintain product specifications, quality records, and documentation.
  • Monitor product weights, appearance, texture, and shelf life.

Product Testing & Improvement

  • Conduct product testing and evaluations for existing products.
  • Perform sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and ingredient trials.
  • Test and validate improvements to recipes and production processes.
  • Evaluate new ingredients and suppliers from a quality perspective.
  • Work closely with production to improve consistency, yield, and product performance.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Develop and update quality procedures and product specifications.
  • Support initiatives to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Manufacturing.
  • Experience in bakery, bread, pastry, or cake production is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation.
