Founded in 2008 as GL Bakeshop in Toril, Davao City, our journey began with a simple mission: to make fresh, affordable bread accessible to every Filipino family. Through changing times, rising costs, and economic challenges, we remained committed to one promise—providing quality daily bread that people can enjoy and afford.
Over the years, our passion for baking grew beyond bread, leading us to create cakes, pastries, and treats for life’s everyday moments and special celebrations.
Today, we proudly enter a new chapter as Lucia Bakery. Guided by a modern minimalist philosophy, we intentionally focus on what matters most—crafting fewer, better products with uncompromising quality. By simplifying our operations and offerings, we are able to deliver an elevated bakery experience that feels premium yet remains accessible to everyone.
